Furthermore, they just sort of say 'Oh yeah, this game has racist weasel SWAT teams now, we hinted at them existing maybe twice beforehand, but now they're the main enemies, so good luck! Also, we know you were just in the headspace of being a western bounty hunter, but now you're a legendary hero all of a sudden.' Going from the Fistful of Dollars style cowboy shit to the hero fighting the giant corporation, while it was fun, didn't really seem like the most natural turn when you say it out loud, especially when you don't really see any outlaws, clakkerz, or Stranger's old gear during actual gameplay after that part.
